FLOOR PLANS

We will manufacture the shell of your home once you select a floor plan of your choice.

​

Our process begins first, by fabricating the walls with electrical wiring inside, plumbing walls, and roof panels within 4-6 weeks in our factory.

​

Next, the entire house is delivered to the construction site where the set-up will take place within 4-5 days [contigent upon weather conditions].

​

Once the shell is complete YOUR builder or general contractor will finalize the custom finishes of the house; ie: windows, moulding, doors, bathroom and light fixtures, ceiling fans, a metal roof, etc.
